7th Grade Perspective Test

 
1. Draw and label the eye level line.

2. Draw and label the center of vision.

3. Draw and label the station point.

4. Draw in the cone of vision.

5. Draw and label the vanishing points.

6. Draw true height 2 inches high.

7. Draw and mark off the ground measuring line.

8. Draw and label the measuring points.

9. Draw a perfect cube using the GML and Measuring Points.

Each cube drawn from this point on must be proportional to the first cube.  This is, if the true height on the first cube was 2 inches every side of every cube must be 2 inches.

10. Draw a second cube beside the first using GML and Measuring Points.

11. Draw a third cube using criss-cross.

12. Draw a pyramid on top a cube.

13. Draw an ellipse on a surface of a cube.

14. Add cubes along a Vertical Measuring Line.

15. Extend cubes out in front of the original cubes using criss-cross.

16. Add cubes behind, in front, and all around to make an interesting structure.

17. Use a colored pencil to define the structure.

18. Do not erase any construction lines.

19. Write your first and last name in the upper right hand corner of your drawing.
